Question – How does human capital create both private and social benefits?
Answer –
The two main sources of human capital formation are investment in education investment in health. By investing in both we can do human capital formation which will create both private and social benefits. As human capital formation will help in increasing the productivity and will spread social equality in the economy. whereas, physical capital will create only physical benefits by increasing the flow of the capital stock in the economy.
